Cardin (D-MD) announced his appointment to the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee in the 110th Congress, and spoke
about U.S.-Russia relations.

Meth received NCSJ's Agam Torah Award. The award
inscription reads, in part, "in recognition of distinguished
service and leadership in the advocacy movement for Jews in the
former Soviet Union."
