Denis Clive
Braham, former Chairman of NCSJ, previously served as pro-bono legal
counsel, Treasurer and Vice-Chairman of NCSJ. As Chairman of the
NCSJ Helsinki Committee, he has attended sessions of the Organization
for Security and Cooperation in Europe
(formerly CSCE) in Paris, London, Copenhagen, Geneva, Moscow, and
Helsinki.

Denis has also chaired meetings with a succession of
U.S. Secretaries of State and foreign leaders, and was appointed to the
official U.S. delegation to the OSCE Implementation Meetings of the
Human Dimension in Warsaw, Poland.
Denis Braham has served as Chair of the Community
Relations Committee
of the Jewish
Federation of Greater Houston,
a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federation, an Executive
Committee member of the Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce, a member of
the British-American Business Association and the Greater Houston
Partnership, and a Board Member of the Texas Hadassah Medical
Foundation, and Houston Action for Soviet Jewry. He has also
served on the Board of Directors of United Israel Appeal.
Born
in London, United Kingdom, Denis studied at the London
School of Economics,
received a B.Sc. from the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem,
and earned a J.D. from the Bates College of Law, University
of Houston. Denis is a
Board- certified in commercial and residential real estate
law. He is a shareholder in the Houston office of Winstead
Sechrest & Minick P.C.
and practices in the firm's real estate and business sections.
Denis
Braham is a member of the State
Bar of Texas,
the American
Bar Association
and the International Bar Association. He lives in Houston with
his wife, Sarah Braham, and they have a son and a daughter.
